Unable to sync "filename"

I've been getting a message pop up on my laptop over the past couple of days.  It simply says 'Unable to sync "my filename_dateTtime.276452.sexs"'.

I've looked through my creative cloud folder (both locally and online) and found the specific file doesn't actually exist.

I tried to make a file and give it the same file name, but the guise didn't work - the problem still persisted.
