Unable to sync files - but no error message

I saved a file that I just finished editing but I can't get it to sync with CC. This is the message that I'm getting:

I've changed the file name 3 times and I've changed the type of file 3 times. I've also turned off file sync and turned it back on. What am I doing wrong? I've never had this problem before.

Hi,

Can Creative cloud sync another file ?Try adding a new test file .If the sync is working that's mean these files have an access issue maybe .

This request was submitted and resolved back in June. I honestly hope this is not the level of service I should expect if I have problems in the future.
