I received the Adobe Email, asking me to upgrade the app manager. I followed the instructions 3 times and still getting this error

The error states you need to close the Internet browsers like Firefox, Google chrome and IE on your machine.

If you have already closed the applications and yet getting the error then restart the machine and please try again.
