Hello everyone most especially to the Adobe Team!
I'm writing in here to seek help to the admins to please reinstate/restore my Behance account.
Two Days ago, I have a problem on updating my Behance account. While updating by means of posting a cover banner within the platform, suddenly I've discovered that it errors on it. Unable to upload a new one. Then suddenly, all of my projects became PRIVATE and when I try to adjust the privacy settings, at first I was thought that there's a system glitch nor a bug within the platform but when I try to manual troubleshoot it to change each projects its visibility from private to public, still it appears it errors and it doesn't work. After that, I decided to visit the Behance Help center to seek aid on how fix this issue, I've already addressed it my concern, and after that I've received an email from Adobe informing that my Behance account was tagged as SPAM based on their findings and they've immediated restricted it my account without my consent. I've make an immediate action on it by means of filing an appeal on it within the appeal form informing them that my account was mistakenly tagged them as SPAM by admins which is NOT TRUE at all since the user (me) is a LEGIT one and all of my projects and contents I've posted within the platform since 2020 (year that I've started to join Behance) is genuine and 100% original works of mine. My common browser I've usually used is Google Chrome. I'll send some screenshots on it regarding the issue in order to understand on it after this message.
I decided to write in here within the community in order to seek a quick solution on it on how to reinstate/restore my Behance account. It's been two days since I've filed an appeal to Adobe but still they have no response or even I didn't received any feedback from them regarding on my immediate concern. I want my Behance account back to its original state it is because all of my very important design projects are saved in there and also the platform has a great impact and it is truly a very big help for me on finding clients to avail my design services as a creative professional (graphic designer) to showcase my talent and skills to the world through art as well as my primary attachment also on submitting job applications online on emails with employers/clients. It is very hard for me to create a new portfolio that has already established and help many clients that I've already served them from my 10+ years of professional experience as graphic designer.
So please, I'm appealing in here in the community to please lend me some help on it. I'm looking forward that someone from the Adobe staff will read this post and to address my concern. Thanks.
