Unable to view files that have been shared with me via email

I will receive a file share via email link.  If it is larger file, it will break the link and say...Sorry, you don't have permission to access that. Below it will say to switch accounts.  However, I have only one account linked to adobe.

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the issue which you've encountered?

What happened when you open the link which was shared with you? Do you see any special characters in the file name like- |, “, ?, <, >, /, \, *, &: Also, are you able to see the previews of the file on that link? We're here to help, just need some info.
