Unassigned licenses

Just several minutes ago, Adobe just laid a hand on me telling me I have unassigned licenses! What does this all mean? Because I never got this notification before! I'm not an administrator, I'm using the Individual All Apps Plan on Creative Cloud! What should I do?

ignore it.that message js only relevant to teams and enterprise admins.
