Uninstalling Adobe

hello ive been using quite a while of adobe illustrator and im shifting to other app, i want to completely uninstall and already uninstall all of its app including adobe creative cloud however file residue still on my finder which is adobe, adobeGCInfo, and com.adobe.accc.apps is it okay to uninstall all of its file?

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer
