Unistall Animate and cc app keep showing Animte preferences message

I had to uninstall  Adobe Animate as my pc memory was at the limit and I never used that program. Already to uninstall it it gave me several errors such as the message that said to close Animate to be able to uninstall it correctly (the program was not open, or running in background ).
Once I finally uninstalled it by turning off and turning on again the PC several times, the cc opens by itself displaying the message about Animate preferences, I selected to remove them and everything seemed to be fine. Now, several days later, every time I open the cc app the message appears again, and often as I run other programs (Adobe or not) cc app opens and show me the message about animate preferences.
