Unprecedented Error[privacy issue on Behance] URGENT HELP NEEDED

[solved] Update: sometimes reaching behance through zandesk is impossible if your account mistakenly got deactivated (all posts and profile turned private) so you might need to connect addobe by other method such as : https://help.myportfolio.com/

 

 

Hello everyone this is really important to me and your help is appreciated

It's been couple of weeks now since all my projects on behance have been turned private

 

When someone tries to access my account they get the error message Oops! We can't find that page. (picture below)

I really need my account to showcase and update my protfolio so if anyone can help it would mean the world to me.

I tried to contact behance through their online form https://help.behance.net/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=4164

But I only get automated emails from them and no further replay.

There have been one instance of the same issue written about it on this post

Behance mistook the profile of @curious_Coral98C6 as bot and they wouldn't replay his mails either.

So if anyone can help please write about it here

you just may need to be patient like the other user you referenced.
