Unsubsuscribe from Adobe Creative Cloud Developer Newsletters

Question

I've tried to unsubsuscribe from Adobe Creative Cloud Developer Newsletters many times by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email but I keep on receiving them.

After unsubsribing it goes to a page with the following information:

You are now unsubscribed

Thank You. Your request is being processed.

However, as mentioned I still receive the emails. I've tried contacting Adobe Support but they just tell me to try again. I've tried doing this for the past year and still keep receiving them.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Appreciate any advice.
