When Creative Cloud needs to resolve a problem and gives you the options Quit or Repair, it suggests to go to a bad link to download and install a new copy of CC (it says http://wwww.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp) and it should be updated to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop.
I see this dialogue box way too often.
