Upgrade message

How do I remove the Upgrade message whenever I start Creative Cloud? It's obnoxious and reflect on what has happened to Adobe.

disable notifications in your cc desktop app (using your preferences>notifications).

Participating Frequently

That does nothing, but I have a Mac. I can't believe Adobe provided no means to close that message.
