Upgrade to full creative cloud plan

Hi Guys

I had a Photography plan, a premiere pro plan and a after effects plan all billed anualy but paid monthly.

I decided to upgrade to all creatice clouds apps so I went into my premiere and changed the plan.

I still see I have the photography plan and the after affects plan + all creative clouds apps.

Does this mean Adobe will still charge me for the photography plan and after affects plan individually?

Any support would be really appreciated.

Thanks

you should clarify the situation with adobe support.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)

in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

I tried this but gave up waiting for a human. I have the Photography Plan (1 year term) that I bought through B&H Photo and am considering upgrading to the full CC plan. But what will happen to my remaining Photography Plan term? Clearly B&H won't be able to help since I redeemed the code they provided. Can Adobe apply remaining value of my plan towards the new one - or refund it? If not I guess there'll be no upgrade for me til a year from now.

You can also try reaching Adobe support via phone, see the following link

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

As per the Adobe help article you will get a refund for the remaining period of your Photography Plan. You will get a summary of that in the confirmation screen before you commit for the plan change. See the following article for details
