Upgraded to Team, Cannot see Scans Anymore

I recently upgraded to a Team account. However, no matter which account I select in Adobe on my desktop (individual, prior account profile or new Team profile), I cannot see my scans as I could before that I took with my phone app, Adobe Scan. The scans are still on my phone, but nothing is showing on my desktop. Any ideas?

    Aaaand now when I scan on my mobile app, the document won't upload to any account. Just is stuck in "uploading" land. Restarted everything. Still won't work. Guess I shouldn't have "upgraded".

    did you use a web browser to check?

     

    did you sign out/in of your cc mobile app?

    My mobile app is the only place that has all of my past scans, so I don't want to sign out and risk losing those. I tried scanning a new document and that's now showing up across machines, but within that same account, nothing else before today is there. So on my phone I see everything, on my machine I see only today's latest scan.

    I've already spent a lot of time trying to find the answer, and I can't find anything in any forum that answered my question. Lots of almost my problem, but not my problem.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
