Uploaded files of invited users do not appear

I have created a folder in Adobe Cloud and shared it with an external user with edit rights. I uploaded a file to the folder, and it can be seen by all users. The external user has uploaded two files and both do not appear when I open the folder.
The external user has sent me two direct links to access the files - so access works fine.
Does anyone have any idea why the shared folder is not showing the files?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry for the difficulties related to collaboration. As you mentioned you are collaborating your work with an external user, could you please confirm the below as mentioned:

Yes, all collaborators must be either free or paid Creative Cloud members.

If an invitation is sent to an email address that is already mapped to an Adobe ID, then only that Adobe ID can accept it.

However, if an invitation is sent to an email address that is not yet an Adobe ID, the account the user signs in while accepting the invitation is used instead. It can be a new account or an existing Adobe ID.

If you are shared a public link, anyone with the link can view the assets from a browser, even if they don't have a Creative Cloud subscription. These collaborators can comment or download copies.
