Urgent: Adobe Portfolio Websites Down - No Support from Adobe!

Alright,

For the past two days, two out of my three Adobe Portfolio websites have been offline. I've been in touch with Hostinger, which hosts my domains, and while they've been trying to help, we ultimately need support from Adobe to resolve this issue.

It appears that the DNS provided by Adobe is the same for all three of my websites, which has worked fine until now. However, for reasons beyond my understanding, it's suddenly not working.

This has become a significant headache, especially after reaching out to Adobe Support only to be told they don't offer any direct assistance from their team. Instead, they pointed me to online articles that both the team support at Hostinger and I have already reviewed, to no avail.

It's baffling to me that, despite the millions of subscribers paying for these monthly services, Adobe seems unwilling to provide support for Adobe Portfolios.

Two of my websites are currently down, and we urgently need someone from Adobe to step in and offer a solution:

All three websites are linked to a single Behance account and share different portfolios. This is a critical issue for us as our clients cannot access our websites, which reflects poorly on our professionalism—all thanks to Adobe.

Why are we paying expensive monthly fees if no service is behind Adobe Portfolio?

I’ve attached all the conversations with different support teams, including Adobe's response, which left me speechless.

Thanks in advance for any help or insights.

Have go you got this sorted?

I have got the same - my portfolio is down! My domain provider can't help as everything seem to be working on their site and recommended to get in touch with the server provider. I have submitted the ticket with Adobe and waiting for them get back to me... when I checked Behance it had some technical issues aswell and couldn't be load.... 😬

My Portfolio website is down as well. With the same error message as Kamila5D9B's. And trying to sign in into Behance does not work either.

The same issue here. All my websites are down and I can't access my Adobe Portfolio profile.

And to add to the troubles, I can't attach anything to my post.

Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

  • The attachment's adobe-dns.jpg content type (image/jpeg) does not match its file extension and has been removed.
The attachment's hostinger.jpg content type (image/jpeg) does not match its file extension and has been removed.
The attachment's adobe.jpg content type (image/jpeg) does not match its file extension and has been removed.
...

So I will write down my whole exchange with the fantastic service:

ME:
We already have tried this with the people at Hostinger, Is there anybody at Adobe that works in that department?
We already have that link, actually, but no information to the DNS to point at or troubleshoot.

ADOBE:
I understand, as there is no such dedicated team. You need to raise the request from the same link.
