Urgent: Issue with Accessing Shared Adobe Library

At my workplace, we have a design team of four people. We share an email address for Adobe Libraries so we can access them in Illustrator and Photoshop. However, one of our team members is unable to access the shared library. Although he receives the confirmation email with the "Start Collaborating" link, when he clicks on it, he is unable to join the libraries. What could be the issue, and is there another way to resolve this problem?

@PavanVadilalGroup @mystical_fashion0691 you mention - "We share an email address for Adobe Libraries so we can access them in Illustrator and Photoshop." Does that mean you are using 1 email address among different users?

Libraries should be setup by one person then shared to the other individuals.

Hello helpers!

I am facing the issue regarding shared librabry from my collegue.

when my collegeue sent me start collobrating email

and when i click on 'start collbrating', nothing happens,
just my sync librarby portal opens, but unable to accept the request og his library.

i have urgent project going on, please help me with this issue.
