URGENT - None of my Adobe apps are working

Hi guys, sorry for the extraordinary title, but I really need help as I use Adobe for everything I do at work.

I pay an Adobe plan which gets me all the apps - the student one. Last days I have been facing an issue with After Effects and Photoshop, and I think it might be a problem with Adobe Creative Cloud which I can't solve.

In resume, my After Effects do not render - it just doesn't. It takes hours to render a video that before it would take like 2 or 3 minutes, and mostly it just freezes on the last frame. It was only one time I could render, the others it would never render and stopped at the last frame.

With Photoshop, I can't open anything. It gives me that error which says "Photoshop can't open this file because of a program error". I tried to uninstall, restart, restart my PC, I tried absolutely everything I could do to reset the preferences, and it still doesn't work.

All of this happened on sudden, at one day I was working normally, shut down my laptop for the next day and when the next day came they just stopped working. I even tried to put another payment method as I believed it was my old credit card which didn't approve, but the same issue was happening. I created another account to sign the same plan, with another credit card, and it is still not working.

Worst part is that now the uninstall feature on Adobe Creative Cloud is not working. Even this app showed me a message saying "this is taking too long, working on it" (something like that, I transtaled as my app is in portuguese). So maybe the problem is at the Creative Cloud? I don't know.

Can someone please give me a tip of what should I do?

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, repair per https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails and you have windows, open your control panel > add/remove programs > cc desktop app > repair

if that fails, uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging and then reinstall using*

if that fails, do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

do you or your school manage your plan.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
