In devdocs the code blocks was with light background

https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.3/ui_comp_guide/components/ui-form.html

But in the new Adobe Commerce documentation, the code blocks was dark background, in a FULL WHITE PAGE!

https://developer.adobe.com/commerce/frontend-core/ui-components/components/form/

The radical change in contrast hurts the eyes

Easy solution:
- Rollback to code blocks with light background

Complicated but highly appreciated solution for all the developers AROUND THE WORLD

- Create a day/night button, you can find an example in:

magento is not covered in the cc forums, https://business.adobe.com/products/magento/magento-commerce.html

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
