Using the same Creative Cloud folder in an external drive between two iMacs

Hello

For context, I have two iMacs one in the office and one at home, both have access to the same Creative Cloud folder. 

I'm currently relocating my Creative Cloud folders to an external drive, I'm performing this on the office iMac. The same procedure will need to be performed on the iMac at home, using the same external drive once the relocation is complete.

What happens when I repeat this procedure with the iMac at home? Will it overwrite the folders in the external drive?
