Vector files are adding randomly in CC library

Goodmorning,

For a better workflow, we try to make different library's in the cloud (cc Library) for different clients. However in some library's that we already created, many vector files have adding themselves randomly in different maps. So, when we dragged files (or imported) from illustrator for example to photoshop or indesign, the files sometimes have added in the library automatically. And we don't want this ofcourse, because we want to create some structure. So the questions are:

- How is this possible?

- And how can we switch it off? So that we only depend ourselves what vector files are coming in the cloud.
