We certainly are reading this. but I'm afraid in this age of automation, I can't bump you up the queue. The good thing is that as soon as your request is processed, you'll be notified by email.

meanwhile, just make sure that you update the Creative Cloud app, so that that you're all set.

I have file sync and Type sync now. That's nice.

Now all I need is file sharing and I could actually work with CC.
