Want to stop Creative Cloud Files from taking up space

Hello

My creative cloud files take up space on my local drive, is it possible to keep them online only similar to Dropbox?

I turned syncing off, will deleting these files on my local drive also delete them from my Creative Cloud storage?

No. Creative Cloud storage is synced to the files on your hard drive. It's not a replacement for hard drive space.
