“We're processing your request” on Enterprise Subscription Request

Im requesting an app through my Enterprise Subscription, and I believe the IT Department have accepted my request, but, after 48 hours, the button still says "request access" and says "We are processing your request, we will contact you at [email] when your app is ready to use." What does this mean and when will i recieve my license?

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

I dont have access to the Admin Console.
