Website not working in Safari/Firefox

Hi,

My website is not opening in Safari, Firefox or Brave. Are there some known issues going on at the moment? The error message I get is 'a server with the specified hostname could not be found'

the website is www.elinaroberts.com

did you set up on your adobe side per, https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/articles/209448927-What-are-custom-domains-and-why-would-I-want-one-

then who's your domain registrar and what did you do there to connect your domain name with your portfolio site?

I agree, this is nothing to do with Adobe. You pay someone for the elinaroberts.com domain.You have been since 2011, and it's paid up until January 2024. For some reason, the name www (that is, www.elinaroberts.com) no longer exists. Talk to the people who run the domain, or set up the alias to redirect to Portfolio again.

What does this have to do with Adobe? I would contact your website hosting provider and/or IT administrator to look into this.

Hi Ben,

I use Adobe Portfolio and that’s where/how I upload the photos for my website, so to me it’s an Adobe problem when my website is not visible.

Also I can edit my page in portfolio.adobe.com and upload live site except nothing happens when I try that.
