Website Publishing Issue between School and Personal Account

Hi! I've been making a website using Adobe Portfolio through my university account which is payed for. Apparently once you log in you can choose between a school account or a personal account, which I did NOT know were completely different with no data being shared between them. My problem is that I cannot publish my website through my personal account since it says that I am not paying for a Creative Cloud account. I'm confused because the log in information between the two accounts is the same, as I'm using my school email, but it says I do not have a CC account? Would I be able to sync my website to my school account and publish it from there? I do not have the money to pay for my own account and am worried that I will have to completely re-do my website on my school account simply so I can publish it. Any advice?
