weird problem with creative cloud (can't connect to the server)

Hey, yesterday adobe had an update for creative cloud and when i tried to update it, this shows. i thought my firewall blocked it doesnt block and everytime when i click to retry it doin also the same thing. im tried of that because i also reinstalled it and didnt work ;(

thank you all for support, my firewall blocked it. when i turn it off for all apps it finally works

If on Wi-Fi, try connecting via Ethernet.

have you installed or updated any software that could be blocking your connection (eg, av, firewall etc)?
