What happened to Extract service?

  1. My name is Shai and I'm an UX/UI Designer

Me and our programmers in the company suddenly realize that we can't access Extract tool in the Adobe Cloud

This is a major issue and its very harmful to our work flow because this is an exhalents service that save us tons of curtail time & work.
