What is the process of getting subscription from Adobe Partner Connection Portal

I have got temporary issues with my credit card. Banks are not of good help because of covid. And my Adobe subscription is going to be renewed soon. 
Just in case the problem persists I am planning to get my subscription renewed from Adobe's partner connection portal. 
However since all this time I had been using credit card I don't have prior experience how to deal with this method. Also many times I see most of these partners in India have got no idea or information and are totally ignorant about such services. Many times they just refuse to assist as they don't see much business interest in something. 

Anyone having experience about what are the requirements?
Do they require special info to start with? 
How do they take payments? ( Mode of payment ? )
How does the billing system works? 
etc.
