What software does read aloud on your iphone?

I am seeking to know what software by adobe offers read aloud on your iPhone?  I have the following on my pc - acrobat reader dc, adobe content viewer, photoshop cc2019, adobe acrobat distiller ix adobe creative cloud, adobe photoshop element, adobe acrobat ixpro adobe forms central adobe photoshop express  - that I purchased or obtained for free at some point. I'm seeking to know which of these will allow me to use (read aloud feature) as I can on my pc.  Through adobe acrobat reader cd - on my PC, the software will read aloud...however, this same software on my phone - won't read aloud?  I'm looking for which software will read aloud on my iPhone?

And, how will I get a response - will it be sent to my email?
