What steps can I take to troubleshoot a recurring Adobe software issue on my computer?

I have been experiencing a recurring issue with the Adobe software on my computer. It crashes or freezes within a few minutes when I try to launch the program. This has been happening consistently for the past few days, and I cannot use any of the Adobe applications properly. I have tried restarting my computer and reinstalling the software, but the problem persists.

What steps can I take to troubleshoot this issue and get my Adobe software working properly again?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
