What to do when a Adobe Innovate Exchange Partner - Magento give no support ?

We would like to hear your opinions with our sad story with Magezon.com
We did buy your Ninja Menus Module on January 22th, 2021. Order # 000003588. Cost USD 169.
After placing order we asked for a customization service using the following ways:
- Support Tickets # 2696635, 2669737 and 2701569 at LINK REMOVED
- Skype: baomgt ( more than 20 times to Magezon CEO)
- Magezon Web Site Chat
- Sent Emails to LINK REMOVED
So we decide to open a Dispute Case on Paypal with same results, Magezon never answer.
Thinking innocently, we cancel the Paypal Dispute to see if this way Magezon help us this time.
We have had great experience with Magento Companies from Vietnam like Mageplaza and Mage-World, but Magezon has been a nightmare an a terrible experience for us.
Finally we asked for a refund to get another Mega Menu solution and Guess What ?
Magezon did not answer.
