Where are CC Library files stored?

Hi, I was wondering where CC Libary files are stored. I'm trying to free up space on my computer, but I'm afraid to delete the files that I've dragged into my libraries where they show up on my local drive because I don't want to lose them in my libraries. Can anyone clear this up for me?

Just so there is no confusion, I am referring to CC Libraries (Fig. A), not Cloud Storage (Creative Cloud Files) (Fig. B)
