Where can I find the download for the Adobe Cloud connexion software?

The help pages point me to a webpage where the download for this extra application cannot be found.

Any one has the right link? For Mac.

I use the creative cloud and there seems to be a file sync option, but when I click the start sharing button, nothing happens. Somewhere on the adobe help site it says there is connexion software to download, but all I see is the creative cloud desktop app, that is already installed on my mac.
