Where do i find the error log necessary to solve error 507 during update in Creative Cloud app?

I am trying dot update Creative Cloud app and it permanently shows error 507. Adobe provides a solution but does not provide the location of the error log file which i should use to solve the problem.

Can anybody pleas tell me the path to it?

Thanks, but that does not answer my question. I had already found that link.

Meanwhile the problem is solved with the help of Adobe support. They gave me 2 links to scripts for uninstalling and reinstalling the app and this was it.

I cannot understand why they dont post the links on their help site instead of that complicated instructions there for error 507
