Where have my files gone? URGENT

I have been using Creative Cloud and using the sync option. So no matter my device, I can open up and work on my stuff and then sync it.

But I am looking for some files today on work I need to get shipped out to a client today, and I can't find it on my PC or on my CC account.

Where did my stuff go? I need it ASAP.

It just says the location is unavailable when I use my pinned folder link.

I know that CC no longer syncs files, but I thought they'd be downloadable from the cloud or something.

https://assets.adobe.com/files doesn't work and has an Error 404.

I already looked on my cloud account and it is not there
