Where is "My Library"?

Good morning,

I've been browsing through the adobe stock library for a while now and after clicking the heart icon, to save to library, it always has the following messages on my screen.

However, when I go to access my libraries, there is no default "my library"? What's going on? Please help me.

those are all the locations for your cc files. there are tabs and links to check. the first has your libraries.
