Where is my refund?????

It is freaking irritating! Some time ago I was told that after canceling plan not longer than for week or so I will get a refund and where the heck is it??????? I had a chat with agent and he just canceled the chat without resolving my question. What the????

A refund takes up to 14 days and is automatic if you cancel in no more than 14 days of a trial
After 14 days a trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund when you cancel

So basically if Ive forgotten to cancel subscription is my problem even if I dont use the app for a while. Thank you for clear instructions that mislead the customers and that customers are not able to clarify right away and just should look for the solution themselves playing guessing games.
