Where to Post Suggestions

Hello,

I have seen responses here that suggest if we have input about changes or complaints about issues in Adobe Software, we should not mention them in the forums. Can you tell me where to find the place to post suggestions, requests for future software updates for consideration by Adobe developers? Thank you.

Posting suggestions in a forum does not work

-for Video & Audio & Animator programs https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/
-for PPro https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/911233-premiere-pro
-https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html for everything else
