Why do all payment methods return an error?

For some reason, when I try to access the Creative Cloud free trial, none of the payment methods work they all return an error. Adobe support agents have not been able to provide a solution, and my bank says there are no issues or restrictions on their side. Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?

    In which country do you reside?

    Some plans are locked to particular regions which means you must find an Adobe store located in your region. See link below.
