Why has a RED GIANT Folder appeared in my Users/Shared folder?

I think this may be Adobe Creative Cloud related.  But I have recently installed Creative Cloud and various apps on my MacBook and noticed soon after that a folder called Red Giant appeared in Users/Shared folder (see screenshot)

As far as I am aware I have not installed Red Giant apps - so guessing this must be Adobe CC related.  Does anyone know if that is the case, and what the point of the shared folder is?

Many thanks?

Looks like a video color editing app from Maxon. Google: Red Giant Magic Bullet

Hi @ds76421298,

Red Giant appears to be a directory as part of the Maxon application, used as part of its Red Giant Service. Check this link for more information- https://adobe.ly/3IlRAlF

Yeah, I just noticed this too. Yet every single question about it on the internet goes unsanswered. Weird.

Once more: does anyone know what this is and how it is getting installed on MBPs?

This was meant as a reply to the first post, not the answer. Sorry for any confusion.
