Why is it possible to donwload files if I unchecked the box sharing files?

Hi there,

I recently found out that those I send the link to a certain map on my Creative Cloud they can download the files by just by richtclick with the mouse.

I did uncheck the box for downloading permission! There should also be a protection on the right-click method?!
