Why is my payout price higher than the promotional plan I have chosen?

I started paying for Adobe Cloud around November of last year. At that time, student discount and additional discount promotions were in progress, so I paid for the plan and had already registered the Adobe Cloud 3 month free coupon before payment. But the payment date of February 13 is approaching, and I have to update my payment information, but why am I being charged the general individual rate instead of the student rate?

By trying to use a voucher intended for regular price customers you have probably opted out of the student pricing and will now be forever on normal price. There is no additional discount for students.
