Why my Behance account suddenly becomes private?

Hi,

I have a Behance account since 2009 ( behance.net/sonny_nguyen ). But since Dec 2022, no one can view my profile anymore? It even seems does not exist when some one enter my Behance URL (plz see the attached files).

I still can login my account but only me can view my profile/projects. All of my projects become private. Someone plz tell my what's wrong with my account?

    Hi @Sonny Nguyen, how long did you have to wait before Behance restored your account? The same thing happened to me, I've contacted them but I still haven't received any answer

    Only Behance can help with Behance matters.

    Be patient and check your email spam & trash folder for a reply. 

    If after 10 business days you don't hear anything, send a follow-up.

        Thanks but I've already submitted 3 or 4 tickets before this community thread and there is no response at all!
