why won't my jpeg files sync to my cc files

I like the idea of the adobe cc file cloud. but i've had 2 complaints of clients already that it doesn't work. Blank screens, expired links & now it gives me a message certain files can't be synced... Don't make me go back to wetransfer/dropbox

Without knowing any proper technical details about your files and your system nobody can say much. Most of the time this happens due to custom metadata or specific color profiles which the server tries to interpret to generate the preview thumbnails and then fails, rejecting the files as invalid...

MacBook Pro late 2013. So I guess the size of the files (12402 x 32480 px) generates that bug. It doesn't explain the other glitches my clients are experiencing though.

It happens apparently when a new account is generated, and they want to acces the collaborated folder afterwards.
