Wie kann ich den Support Kontaktieren bezüglich kündigung?

Guten Tag zusammen,

ich habe mich heute in meinem Adobe Account eingeloggt und habe gesehen das dort ein 3monatiges test abo welches bei meiner SSD dabei wahr noch drin steht. Dieses wollte ich entfernen und habe, da es nicht anders geht, meine Zahlungs Information hinterlegt. Nun wollte ich dies dierkt kündigen und Schwupps steht da nun das ich ein JAHRES Vertrag abgschlossen habe und 200€ Zahlen soll als entschädigung.

Ich habe mich bereits durch den Suppport durchgeklickt und sobald ich auf den Knopf wo der Kontakt zu echten Supportern angeboten wird anklicke, lande ich wieder auf der Startseite.

Also wie komme ich dafür an den Support ran den es wohl geben soll?
