Will deleting Adobe Creative CLoud Library affect my uploaded file?

So I m experiencing hardisk shortage. Using DaisyDisk, I found that  Creative Cloud Library (my mac name/username/library/application support/Adobe/creative cloud library) keeping significant GB of files. 

 

The question is, if I delete it, will it affect the files that I put on library cloud (any currently I am syncing it).

I confuse because before cc exist, I can delete this library easily and free many space. Yet I am not sure now.

There is danger, in case it might sync the empty folder back to the cloud. Be sure you have a separate backup, as with anything on a cloud.

    you can delete it, but it will be restored, What to do when the Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load (adobe.com)
