Window non responsive

I can't click on anything in my Creative Cloud window. It is as if the mouse's button didn't click. Mouse works fine everywhere else.

Any thoughts?

    After installing the latest CC software, did you restart your computer?

      I got exactly the same problem on on M1 powered MacBook Air. It opens up fine, i can scroll but can't click anywhere. Trying to install M1 compatible Photoshop but can't get to it 😞
