Wrong favicon displayed on specific pages

Hey all, 

I have had an issue with my adobe portfolio site displaying the wrong previous Favicon only on project pages for over a year now. 

I created the site when I had a previous logo, and have since updated the logo. I have gone through and changed the Favicon on the back end of the site, and it has updated when on main pages like groups of pages, but on individual pages, it reverts back to the original Favicon. I can't seem to get it to change, even after removing the Favicon completely, leaving for a day, and adding it back multiple times. 

At this point its been so long I've just had to accept the result. 

I've also tried viewing on new devices, wiping cookies and cashe, and different browsers. All no luck. It seems to be on the website side, and I'm not sure why individual project pages are different than other kinds of pages, and why those specifically are stuck on the old Favicon, despite the update. 

For reference, the red "H" logo is the old one, and the black "h" logo is the new one. The screenshots are from two seconds apart, the first one viewing a specific "home" page and the second viewing a group of pages.
