"You are logged off" Sign in problems on the creative cloud desktop app

Ever since I downloaded creative cloud on my computer with a new account i repeatly get this pop-up (see image, image is in Dutch). When I click on sign in (aanmelden) they immediately show this pop-up again. Can anybody help me? I need this program to work for my school homework......

(Fyi I have a macbook pro 2020).

Sign out and remove everything https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html to remove programs

Sign in and do a fresh install

Also extra information: I used to work with my work account in adobe, but that account has been deleted so maybe there are still files from that account? But no idea.....
